Did you guys actually use this phone? Not to be a grumpy fellow, but it seems to me, that if I had one of these things in my hands, I would be testing out the wifi, EDGE and BT speeds this thing generates. Clearly WM 5.0 and a super small form factor are money, but how about some performance stats? Maybe that is just me, but I think I am hardly the tech geek that you guys are. Since your review lacks any of those things, as well as the replies to comments, I wonder if you guys even had or have this thing to test out? And, what about HSDPA? That is the stuff I want to know about. Hook a brutha up.
Seriously, isn't that the 1st gen Motorola cell phone?
I think having that kind of real estate on your desktop is good no matter who makes it. The 24" Dell is VERY nice zelig2...I happen to be writing this on one right now. :)
I used to eat at a place that had a sign reading: IITYWYBAHD
Where are you located? I am trying to find people in San Francisco, Pacific Heights specifically, who are using EV-DO service.
I have a 6M/768 line in San Francisco and I see sustained downloads of around 5.5 Mb/sec as well. I saw it go to about 12Mb the other day when I downloaded something from Google. I did it a couple of times because it was so much fun. Guess they have a fat pipe over there. :)
Well, now he will be flat broke and in the pokey. I almost felt bad for the guy when he walked outside of the courthouse yesterday with his red eyes and face...and his wife who did not look at him one time.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
