Miguel: Don't be lazy. You can get that problem fixed under the extended warranty if you give a tiny bit of effort. Tell them it red ringed a few times but always came back after you shut it down for a while. This last time, it came back up with no video, you can hear everything else working as it should (menus), but no video. They will fix it. Do it online and select the option that it IS the RROD.
you'd be better off going the other way.
oh government, please protect us and make Microsoft give us money even though they warrantied the system!

the fact that they implemented the extended warranty plan is all they need to prove they didn't try to cover it up.
That's because the average comsumer doesn't care about blu-ray. Blu-ray just isn't "better enough" for most people to care, much less pay a premium for movies/players. The public is repaying those movie studios who decided they know what we want more than we do with complete indifference.
Their only complaint makes me wonder if they actually played the previous games...
just means your friends are lame and you need new ones.
lots of party classics here and our first power ballad, awesome!
blu-ray is a novelty to the average consumer. With all the financial doom and gloom being constantly forced down our throats, $200 players for $30 movies aren't going to matter much.
those REM tracks are instant classics I'm sure... that's one lackluster "launch" dlc lineup...
you must not have used the rb2 strat yet then. It's the best controller to date from either franchise. The auto calibration feature is biggest innovation to either franchise since hopo's started working.

and there's plenty of early reports out there of the GHWT drums being flimsy with frequently broken cymbals. You'd also think they would have learned something from harmonix going with an all plastic bass pedal..
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
