Instant renting would be awesome.

You could rent and download the game for like $5 for 7 days. Most of the money could go straight to the developer, instead of having it go to Blockbuster when you normally rent games.

Then if you decide to buy the game, you could get a $5 discount since you already rented it. I really hope Microsoft implements that.
