I’m with Steve. I have watch this movie numerous times in glorious HD-DVD
This is how it was reported in the SMH (small quote)

Australian scientists have unveiled new DVD technology that stores data in five dimensions, making it possible to pack more than 2000 movies onto a single disc.
Sony must be bonkers as one sale in Australia might just happen (we do have a few loonies down this way). For that price ($8,000) you could have a great trip to the Great Barrier Reef and not rely on OLED’s or have a touch of the weed in Nimbin
This is a professional camera for professionals. Professionals make money from their cameras and at this price point it’s cheap.
That would equate to 39,000 dissatisfied customers. HD is great, Foxtel is a joke.
Foxtel’s HD service is a total joke with so many repeats on BBC HD, Discovery and National Geographic. In any given day a program can be repeated 4 or more times.
The good die young and the bad will pollute the world with their shackled technology.

R.I.P HD-DVD - you were the best
Sony is the Apple of the audio/visual scene and has dragged Panasonic down to its level. I will keep my Toshie XA2. . .
That’s the same casing as the Neuston MC500 which I have, and I might add, was ahead of its time
Hey guys, why don’t you beg, borrow, steal or even buy a decent camera to take your pics
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
