I cannot take Michael Moore seriously after he thought Gore won in 2000 even after several news recounts still showed Bush won. Plus even if you take politics out of the equation Moore is still a liar which is too bad because he does have a talent at making people laugh. Can we have a documentary director that is good and truthful?

Aren't Tivo's patents so broad that any other DVR would be sued? Another case of a bad patent office IMO.
