Sweet! Now here's hoping AT&T keeps up the pressure till they give me F/X HD....could have sworn that was part of their original HD announcement back in Nov.(?)

I've had it a few weeks now and guess I'm used to it...if it means more HD channels...I'll deal.

The ad thing isn't that big of a deal to me. If I'm watching a show live on TV...that's the time for bathroom/snack break. Same here.

I hope he does go down...delayed justice and all...BUT...I think its pretty greedy of Riccio, Harvey and TMZ to post the audio. Just read in today's New York Times that the tape may not be admissible in court b/c dude never told the cops about it till after SELLING it to TMZ.
