I actually drive alot and have had AT&T and Verizon simultaneously. They both have dead spots. Overall I would rank them both equally good.

I got crappy Verizon signal in my house and it would always drop out of EVDO.

AT&T worked just as well as Verizon inside the office. Depending on what side of the building you were on, one had better service than the other.

I am in Atlanta too and have not had any more issues with AT&T than I had with Verizon. I have had few issues with either service. They both have dead zones that hopefully they will fill in.

I meant 425 not 485.
$85 Billion divided by 200 Million is $485 NOT $485 Thousand.
You meant to say (as the article does) "like what powers your household electric dryer" Not washing machine. All washing machines run off 110, as do gas dryers. Electric dryers run off 220.
Isn't that an old 9 Network logo?
Yeah, I wish the Apple Inventory check would indicate if they have 8G/4G available.
Looks like they may be supporting DVI after all. Here is a response I got on 4/18. I have no clue how to check what version of HDCP my TV supports though..

"....We will be broadcasting a fix this week that will allow DVI to show HD content under certain conditions. First off your TV and HDMI to DVI connector will have to be HDCP compliant. Also you’re the version of HDCP must be 1.03. Please give a week for you box to get the software update. If you are still unable to see HD content contact us and we will help you troubleshoot. "
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
