Haha damn you guys are brutal! I'm one of those Agents (seen in the photo on this article, top right gray hoodie). While Ford did have to teach quite a few Agents to drive stick (all our cars were manual), I was not one of those. At the time, my other car was a Kenne Bell Mustang that spent more time at Road Atlanta than on the street. I sold it 2 months ago to get something smaller, lighter and turbocharged.
I had the same issue! I noticed when I plugged it in and aperture wanted to load it up, then i saw the file names. Nothing after IMG_10000 showed up. I have yet to fix it though.
I was at the launch event yesterday, lots of coverage and pics from the event on my blog and flickr:

I doubt I'd have to wait even 15 minutes for it to play... 80 megabit fiber here :-P

Nonetheless, I have been a Vudu user since launch and watch their regular HD movies almost every weekend on my Samsung 50incher. Waiting for "HDX" to come to me..
I'm surprised PC mag is only just now reviewing the Solo. I got my review unit back in October.. http://paulstamatiou.com/2007/10/22/review-slingbox-solo
I'm at NAIAS and was there for the unveiling of the HX. I got to speak with David Rojas, one of the designers behind the HX as well as Bob Lutz and I definitely got the sense that the HX is where GM/Hummer will be headed, especially with their move to smaller and more fuel efficient vehicles. (see coskata ethanol partnership).
so is there any good software to facilitate, um, personal backups of blu-ray discs yet?
send me to SF to meet (some of) the engadget crew!
Hot damn! I'm going to pull a cartman and freeze myself until february rolls around, or 540 years pass..
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
