I could live with not backing up & moving my purchased HighDef movies to the server, but not having the ability to play a disc on my high end HTPC is completely scr@wed up (BD+ Fantastic Four - Silver Surfer). All because I have a second monitor on my PC. At least I can play Transformers (HD-DVD). Just say no to Sony.

I have a couple of hundred DVD's and 30+ HighDef DVD's (Blu-ray & HD-DVD) all legally purchased. This is why we need Slysoft. It isn't used only by people who want to steal movies.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.

"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
