The 360 version definitely had sharper textures, but I preferred the lighting on the PS3 version: it was a bit more toned down, and skin actually seemed natural, as opposed to a bit more plasticine in the 360 version.

Although, as many people have said, the difference is so minuscule that nobody will really notice the difference in actual gameplay.

I don't say that as a hater of Diagnosis: Murder, because I loved that show. No, I say this game will suck because there's about a 100% chance that they'll ignore everything that was ever worthwhile about the show, and make it into a generic mystery game without Dick Van Dyke.
