Always look for the "free" entry method (they have to provide one because otherwise it's a illegal "lottery", not a "contest").

To enter by mail, without registering, downloadingthe Netflix application, and activating Instant Streaming from Netflix on your Xbox 360 console, hand-print your first and last name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and e-mail address (if any) on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail it to:

Xbox – Netflix Activate and Win Promotion
PO Box #511456
New Berlin, WI 53151

Mail-in entry (ies) must be received by the Thursday after the close of the Weekly Prize Period. Mail-in entries received after the Thursday following the Weekly Prize Period will be included in the following Weekly Prize Period, if any. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.
Considering it was unanimous in the Senate (not ONE senator stood up and said "no"???), it should easily fly through the House.
The price cap was on a la carte packages, mostly music/news packages, Best of, and the base package of $12.95. No mention was ever made of internet or multi-radio plans.
In Minneapolis, KTCA 2-1 is the simulcasted SD, digital PBS channel. 2-2 is the HD channel with a completely different schedule. DirecTV is feeding the Minneapolis DMA KTCA 2-1...so, no HD...yet. According to this link:
http://www.tpt.org/program/digital_updates.html
..they will be merging the two channels' programming on 12/15. Here's hoping DirecTV remembers to change from feeding 2-1, to feeding 2-2 on 12/15.
That's a link to Adelstein's decision...decision #4 of 5. His vote was NOT the deciding vote: Tate's is. She has yet to officially vote, but stories abound that she will vote "yes".
It wouldn't, in my opinion. If NBC quit Weather+ as a subcarrier, the main channel would look even better in HD.
Pretty demanding and greedy f'ing kid and parents. They should be happy enough with even MEETING "The Depp".
Here's a good question: MHD is showing the CMT Music Awards in HD, but CMT-HD (available on DirecTV) is not?? Huh???
Who knew that Boeing owned a "patent" on gravity??

I must owe them MILLIONS!!

(shhh.....)
I don't doubt that the studios are to blame for this new "rule"...but where's the announcement of similar limitations on Dish Network's DVRs? Or Comcast's? Or Verizon's? etc. etc. etc.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
