"Bullet Witch" is horrible, yes, but not horrible solely in Japan. Plenty of copies sold here in the US (as well as DLC on the Marketplace).

Unless this is a "Microsoft refurbished" Xbox 360, such as what GameStop sells for $80 more than a "GameStop refurbished" Xbox 360, then this isn't eligible for any warranty service from MS. Furthermore, because some 3rd-party cracked open the case, MS won't even touch it for the 3-year RRoD or E74-code coverage, and if the unit previously had a mod-chip in it, MS will bar it from Xbox Live. In essence, NewEgg is only selling you a model that is guaranteed to last 30 days with no extended warranty available, and you may not be able to go online with it.
