If you price out the monthly plans of an existing verizon blackberry, like the curve for all the options like gps, and the same number of minutes, AT&T is about 25 dollars cheaper with their iphone plans. The other smart phone plans are the same.

If Verizon is going to charge for visual voicemail and gps on the storm, and the pricing is the same as other blackberries. Then AT&T is going to be cheaper for an iphone than it is to get the storm on verizon.
Maybe Microsoft paid for it, but I doubt it. I think silverlight probably was chosen for its integrated DRM that flash lacks. It's all conjecture and just pointless.
If you use it the same way you currently use a windows trackpad (click with thumb, or the other hand... drag with trackpad surface) and don't look at the trackpad, it will work exactly the same. you just depress the entire pad with one finger or hand to select the window or file, then use the other finger to drag.
Circuit City has a 50" plasma from samsung for $1099, it was a pretty easy search
WHOA, free printer!
Scott,

All you need to do is google plasma vs lcd power consumption. and you will find a series of results that support what I said. Here's a good one:

Also, about the prices, go to any store and limit results by screen size, and then order by price and you'll see plasma cheaper every time. sure, a 26" lcd is cheaper than a plasma because they don't make plasmas that small, but a 42" plasma is cheaper than a 40" lcd hands down.

"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
