It was recently announced that the game will be split onto two DVDs so I wouldn't worry about that
I don't like how Call of Duty or Gears use the regenerating health system. It doesn't make any sense and it neglects to punish sloppy play. At least it makes sense in Halo, given the time setting and the type of soldier you are. But it was cooler in Halo 1 when you had limited health with a replenishing shield.

The last game I can think of that really challenged me was Braid
Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey for N64 is our family's past time. A lot of old games go bad with age *cough* Goldeneye! *cough* but that game is timeless fun.
Sgt. Pepper's >>> Abbey Road. And next month is Rubber Soul?? Consider me giddy.
Walking through my room in the dark, I stepped on a game case and heard a loud crack. I feared it was my sweet, sweet KOTOR but, luckily, it was only GTA IV.
Apologies for practically spamming this post but I just wanted to add that I read Engadget exclusively because of the lack of bias in Apple's favor. Gizmodo and Wired got out of hand long ago. So rest easy, Nilay. We're not all out to get you ^_-
I tried to make my comment sound like an observation rather than an accusation..
GTi sure does look great for the Touch but I think Kitsune is right. PGR has a surprisingly smooth appearance whereas GTi looks quite jagged. It's not a massive difference but considering this is among the very first 3D Zune games as opposed to one of the best looking iPod games to date, you can see that there's a lot of potential for the Zune showing through this title.
Considering this is the only standalone media player that rivals the iPod Touch's capabilities, I find it odd that Nilay didn't compare its graphics against the iPod/Phone. Surely that's what most people are wondering. I'm aware that "on par with the PSP and quite possibly better" can be translated to "superior to the iPhone (graphically)" but how much better?
oversized shirt, pajama pants, speakers playing Muse all around me. socks are a must. shoes are not allowed
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
