actually, don't most snapdragon implementations thus far use an underclocked processor?
does it have a trackball?
or perhaps you mean "...live at 10am PST (1pm *EST*)..." since when it's 10am on the west coast, its 1pm on the east coast...
i loved the Fate of Atlantis, what a game.
"No one really has come up with the tools to write HD games as easily as SD games."

What does this even mean? I think you are one of those who is all caught up in the "HD Revolution!". I've been playing games at higher than HD resolutions on my computer for years now. 1280x1024 on most games, then my widescreen monitor at 1280x768. And this is on a computer that really isn't that powerful. Of course developers can write games that support high resolutions at high framerates. A friend of mine plays F.E.A.R. at 1920x1200 (which has more pixels than 1080p) on his computer and its fluid and perfect.

okay, back on topic. the SCEE CEO is a jackass for saying such comments about the automatic 5 million units that will be sold, regardless of software library.
i hope everyone remembers the original duke nukem's, and i mean not the FPS shooter. i'm talking about the side-scrolling good time. i think it was developed by apogee (?) maybeeee.

i'm pretty sure those games are free now, im gonna download em and beat them all over again.
no guns in burnout
even without the PS3, you can hook up a PC and drive it at 1920x1080. there's a test. if the OSD reports that it's displaying at that resolution, then its 1080p capable.
sweet i'll be there on january 12th. fly across the world to see a 71" plasma?!? i think not, i'd rather be chasing french tail.
wow i would never want to see my boss's pock-marked nasty face in the morning in crisp high-definition. come to think of it, i wouldn't want to get up close like that with anyone in my office. i'll stick to emails.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
