So many good games yet to be released on VC....
Phantasy Star - SMS
Dracula X, Keith Courage - TG16
Friday the 13th - NES
Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 4 & 6 - SNES
But I'll keep waiting
So when are they announcing the new characters for the US release?!
It would be awesome if they could make digital distribution of new 360 games a viable delivery system for those with large hard disks. But for now, a few titles is still a good start.
I like owning my media on disc for movies and music but for games, I would like to own PS3 games on disc and 360 as DD because, if I go to the cottage or something like that, its nice not to have to bring so much stuff but still have a lot of variety.
WB, new Gaunlet Legends/Dark Legacy sequel please; please avoid the G:7S formula!
From the art, this looks like a Mana series game.
Let me correct myself before the usual pricks criticize the post instead of taking the real message from it.
When I said media, I meant optical media as in something tangible.
If you still love HD-DVD so much, go to HMV and buy them up, 4 for $20.
I'll enjoy my evolving Blu-Rays and take my PS3 firmware updates to accommodate them while I just enjoy good HD movie watching.
Arguing over HD-DVD now is such a waste of time no matter what side of the fence you were on back in the format war.
Its over and done with, move on and buy Blu if you want HD on media, buy DVD if you hate Blu or get your downloads if you don't want HD in media form.
Its all a matter of preference, but HD-DVD is no longer an option outside of the existing inventory and its not coming back.
@Ivan,
If you believe that the PS3 is no different than any other stand alone, you really need to do some homework.
The PS3 is a full blown computer with a CPU and GPU with more harddisk space and memory than any other non-PC built rig. The extra disk space doen't mean it can only store more content but it can also include new software to accomplish new tasks. Why do you think the PS3 is the most popular Blu-Ray player even among non-gamers?...Its because its more capable of being able to include new Blu-Ray features that other standalone players can't.
I wonder if the PS3 will be able to support this via a firmware update considering all the extra hardware in a PS3 vs a standalone player?
I wonder if the Genesis TMNT:THH will get similar treatement even though that version was never an arcade port and made specificaly for the Genesis?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
