$1000 for a Mac is a great price...lest you forget you're paying for quality for years to come. It's not just a brand, really. It's years of quality. My wife's iBook G3 is still quite functional, albeit slow.

[btw: I'm coming from 10 years exp. in a tech field, working with PCs mostly...and having enough personal frustration of my own, I splurged on a Mac recently, and haven't looked back]
How about less crappy wii-mote shaking?

How about less crappy gameplay?

How about a storyline that isn't idiotic?

I bought it at 10AM, returned it at 11AM. Couldn't stand the game. It's like the developers made it in one night. I don't think it's worth the 9 out of 10. I'll give it a 6.....maybe.
Twilight Princess was kind of a bore. Okami has a better story and game-play. Maybe they should make the next Zelda less 'core friendly' and more 'rpg-nerd friendly.'
Don't entice us with the words in combination "pear butter" without actually providing us with that which we can prepare our own. :)

The turnout for the music video "Thriller" group-choreography was greater than the producers intended.
Queen, the most rockingest band ever. Who wouldn't want to shred out [or on the wii-drum set, pound out] to "Fat Bottom Girls?" C'mon! Make Freddy Mercury proud!

Maybe even a special addition that includes sequined tights and fake mustaches?
RBI Baseball...

I remember when they only had 8 playable teams.
My Winter Veil in July is no different than my winter veil in December. Same ol' crap...just a lot hotter.

And more sweaty, too.

I have WiiFanboy bookmarked on my toolbar, and check it at work probably about 10 times a day.

ALSO....

I have you on my NewsGator...so I never miss a beat when on my iPhone. In fact, before I even get out of bed and put my glasses on, I grab my phone to see if I missed anything through the night.
Being completely unfamiliar with all that is Animal Crossing (except for the Brawl stage...), I might be interested in it, if I knew more about it.

It appears to have a gameplay that is not unlike "The Sims"?

I might be interested...might be.

No Zelda? Bummer. I would've liked to have heard more about the "Spore" port...that'd would've been nice.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
