FREAKING SWEET!!!!!
Sweet... I need a new laptop
Sweet... I need a zune for sure
Hell no. Next question?
I think I just threw up in my mouth a little...
First off, let me state for the record that I HATE Jeffery Immelt for selling out his company to the current administration. That trickle down effect has ruined every aspect of GE to me and many thousands of potential customers and viewers. I am both an avid television viewer and I certainly buy my share of products out in the marketplace and after Immelt steered his networks into such shameless promotion of the current administration both during and after the election I swore NEVER to purchase another GE product ever again if I could help it. Now that BSG is done, I watch exactly two NBC shows - Chuck and 30 Rock. I would love to say that is 100% because of my boycott but frankly, they've canceled everything else I used to watch that was any good so I can't take full credit for that one. I will say this, I just purchased new appliances for my home including a new washer/dryer and 29 cu. ft. refrigerator and I looked at EVERY other brand except GE.

OK, how does that apply to this post? I will welcome pretty much ANY other company purchasing NBC from GE because I don't feel they've got anywhere to go but up from here. I represent more of their potential viewing audience than I think they realize - and I HATE them... NBC/Universal needs to do something drastic if they want to capture this audience share. History has already shown that they SUCK at providing shows this audience wants to watch for the 168 hours a week they are on. They don't need to aggravate that further by their blatant political associations. Just go away...

NBC is NOT "too big to fail..."
Nick I wondered the same thing when I saw the previews... good call!
This show is really finding it's groove and staying there. I thought that it got a little bogged down after the premiere but the last couple of eps (including this one) have ROCKED. I'm glad they appear to be moving the story forward and don't need to be spending quite as much time with character back story. Just like LOST, we can find out what we need as we need to know it, thank you - just get moving.

To me, this show seems more like Fringe than it does LOST though. Fringe was another show that took a bit to really gel and now it is one of the best shows on television (last night was awesome!). I'm really looking forward to seeing where the writers take this the rest of the season.
My question is "When did Rita stop being as dysfunctional as Dexter and why?" I thought the only reason the two of them paired up was because she was as big a mess as he was and now she's turned into this crazed, holier-than-thou bitch who doesn't remember all the GOOD that Dex has brought her life. I totally agree that Dex needs to just have the top of his head blow off once in a while (kind of like when he was dealing with the cop holding him back when Deb was shot last week) and remind Rita just how messed up she used to be without him and to give him his space.

I can't see him killing her if for no other reason than because of the kids. Even though he's a clueless f-up as a dad, he loves those kids and wouldn't ever do that to them. Besides, they'd never let him run out of milk!
Again, what you said. I'm a hardcore conservative and listen to Sirius pretty much all day when I'm working. I listen to mostly talk with some music thrown in there when I'm burned out on it all. Can't say I'm that big a Rosie fan but I did hear her on Howard when she did the whole announcement last week and it was a terrific interview. She's definitely got the "gift of gab" and should do well on the radio. I'm sure being uncensored by management will help although who knows what her show will probably morph into as she gets comfortable.

Bottom line - will I listen? Probably not but then again, Sirius already has my money whether I listen or not so I'm not their target audience here.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
