Without lock + person tripping over the cable = unplugged cable.

With "CES 2009 Innovations Honoree Award" lock + person tripping over the cable = few scenarios:

1. If it's a notebook, it goes flying off the table, crashes and burns.
2. Desktop? Then the entire video connector or the cable gets ripped.

Didn't we have this type of "innovation" back in the days of 9/15 pin video cables? I remember they were called ... that's rigth, screws.

This is by far the stupidest thing I've seen this week, but it's only Monday, I have high hopes.
