Here in Canada we are lucky enough to have more than 1 company providing cell phone service. A law was made to force that too happen soon after we abolished the 26 hour time system. Sadly, this means that only 1 company has been announced to have the Touch Pro II. This company is the same that currently is the only one to offer the iPhone. Bell is another company (its name comes from the man who invented the first cell phone in Canada, Alexander Graham Bell) which currently does not offer the iPhone or have any announced plans to get the Touch Pro II. As such, the Palm Pre is the best phone available for people using this Bell company.
I started reading in September of 2007 after being linked here from engadget.
For those slamming the non-hockey CBC programming... while yes, it does kinda suck, the point of it is to push money into the Canadian arts sector to make us a more culturally rounded country. While I'll admit I watch American dramas infinitely more than Canadian ones, the fact that we *have* them in the important part.

Plus I have a huge crush on Peter Mansbridge.
Interesting. My school just removed most of their SMARTboards and got... ugh, can't remember the name, but a different company, same idea though. Some teachers really like using them (and indeed are good at using them as a teaching method rather than as just "another whiteboard"), while others are like "uhh I still use the overhead projector" and others further are like "I use blackboard"

All that said, this seems pointless.
I was excited to see that they added a few new HD sports channels, meaning that I can catch more of the hockey games (that's about as far as my "stereotypical Canadian" thing goes, by the way). Can't say I'll be checking out what's going on on this channel, though.
I use StarChoice (satellite) and I definitely notice the time it takes to change channels. While I'm not one to change my service over something like this, it's really noticeable if I'm changing back and forth between 2 channels (to, say, check if one's commercial break is over. at least 2 seconds to change to it, and then at least 2 to change back. not a huge deal, but noticeable).
Aside from me not being able to download anything else from XBLM since about 10 minutes after the release of this trailer, its good.
Cycosuicide.. How is having a webcam on a console 'stealing from Sony'? One could say that Sony stole from the people who first invented video cameras..
Cycosuicide...

No.. Just.. just no..
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
