Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads...
Anyone else think the cablecam shots looked really soft?
On another note, what are those ports? 6 inch? If those drivers are capable of any kind of displacement those ports are going to chuff like mad..
Two 15" drivers in a ported cabinet. For $21,000. Ridiculous.

Two 15" one-off TC built monsters: $700
Two custom built cabinets: $250
Total savings: $20,050

DIY FTW!

No OTA tuners?!
Ooorrrrr, add some wireless headphones & the wife can watch Desperate Housewives while I'm watching Sunday Night Football..
RE: analog upscaling:

FWIW, I have a Sony VPH-G70 as my display of preference - and like the majority of them out there, mine lacks the optional internal line doubler. And a 480i image @ 120" looks pretty bad..

What I'm doing is running my SD analog vid through my old Samsung SIR-TS360 D* receiver (obsolete unfortuately - no MPEG4 decoding). It does a pretty decent job of scaling the video up to 1080i, and I get a MUCH better picture..
The goggles!! They do something!!

"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
