yes!!!! my mom and dad are going to be so happy... Half of the time, my dad is stuck watching the science channel in sd at the house, and my mom loves disney and abc family.

I decided to go with the rca unit because or reports that it has a great tuner, has channel up/down and power buttons on the unit (unlike the magnovox) and has a smart antenna input if i decide to get a smart antenna. it also is one of the cheaper units for the money. and the remote controls the tv power and volume, too which is also a plus. HDTV.biz was very informative to help me find the box that fits my needs, and they all have differences, as little as cosmetic to functions such as universal remotes, to control buttons and smart antenas and one even has s video outputs on it for better picture quality.

finally new channels... but my dad is bummed that no science channel or science channel yet.

this includes sny HD so it's probially for north jersey people... I hope some (or all) of these channels make it to south jersey/philadelphia area... It'd be real fun if sny made it... so i can watch the mets loose on the pip window while the phillies are winning.

hopefully borat won't be launching it... cause i feel it will jsut crash if he tried... lol j/k... hopefully it will service the atlantic region as at my house in the pocono mountains, pa can not get the HD satelite due to it being near a mountain... i hope it will be near the cluster of other satelites that we get with dish.

i do that too... i avoid putting dvds into my regular xbox drive unless they are the ones that have a whole bunch of divx on them or they are the 360 games... my buddy just got the 360 HD addon for the cheap movies.
