of course they don't want to send a full response... there is no reason for the hikes they are throwing out there... they use upgrades to the infrastructure as an excuse. while that may be a valid excuse, the hikes they "offer" are not worth it IMO(and probably BS)... there are not many people that i know that really praise comcast for their offerings...
