If anyone of you would have taken the time to actually read the regulation from that EPA website page (http://www.epa.gov/region4/water/oceans/burial.html) you would have seen this little tidbit… "human remains transported from United States ports or on United States vessels or aircraft may be buried at sea under specified conditions." Since Obama was not on either a ship or transported from a port, those regulations do not apply. People have to actually read regulations thoroughly before making stupid remarks.

Pt Dume is a semi-private beach. There is no public access to the water line unless you go through the gates that are always locked. People have been getting beat up at the Point for decades. I will bet that the next step will be paps getting their tires slashed while the go down to the beach. That used to happen to the non-locals that went down to Pt. Dume.
