Just got my updated channel listing here in Alexandria, VA. Did anyone else get the updated STB software? They added some new features, you can now filter down the channel guide by content.
oops. not intended as a reply...
Geez. Not a single comment on Natural Born Killers? One of the truly great cinematic statements about violence and sensationalist media,. I've seen it many times , and now I'll see it again for the crazy effects and cinematography of Mr. Stone, now in HD.
Well, they already missed 60 HD channels by spring, now it is 60 by summer. This trend does not bode well for their plans of 150 HD channels by the end of the year (which does not bode well for me, who was expecting many more HD channels by now).
Ive played Lair (rented it), and thought it would be a great game, if they gave an option to use sixaxis. I would definitley buy it if they came out with a patch that would let you choose which actions you could use motion sensing for. For flying around, you could keep sixaxis, but for stuff like turning around (instead of diving) you should be able to press a button istead of shaking around the controller and praying. Factor 5, release a patch and people will buy it! Look at all the updates to motorstorm, resistance and many other games. You can't release a single patch for an issue that affects the sales of your game?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
