Kudos to GM - They hit the nail on the head. If they deliver 40 miles on one charge, I think they'll hit it out of the ball park...
WIll this thing do newspapers? If it did that I would buy it in a heart beat. Being on the subway with paper sucks - an ebook would make it much easier.

I think i'll buy it when WSJ is available...and especially if its wifi capable (so my morning paper is delivered directly to the device)...
I love harmony products... not to happy about logitechs influence ..
Harmony people felt real - down to earth and real tech heads. Now when I interact with them, its exactly the same way like at any big corp. co.

But hey - this seems like a great product and manufacturing prices seem to be in control.... Hopefully the innovation that Harmony sparked is still evident in this product!
Samsungs Time Warner Store in NY - Will have it on display very soon (this week hopefully) - The reps already have it in the back... Just waiting for word to let it out in the wild!
Jake - I agree with you 110%
.

21... Great post!

I can't wait to buy one!

wp..
I owned this car for 2 years - I miss it . Hands down best car I've owned. The fun factor is off the charts! Reliable... Amazing!
I'm a PC person and love this b/c I have always wanted the MAC Mini with a windows install...
This may sound funny but I want to be able to enjoy my time on a porcelain thrown... FOrge newspapers and magazines...
This is the answer!
Oh and the upcoming 690 (with rf capabilities) will have an optional usb rf device (plugged to a computer) that will auto update all the programing info directly to your remote (throught the remotes rf!) .. So Tim.. Start saving up now.. THat thing will be expensive but should be amazing!
At the 04 digital life - the Harmony guys (not the logitech folks). Made an interesting note. The 659 is one of thier best remotes and the release of the 676 sovlved one important issue - the typical stop/rec/play buttons are moved up so that you can use the DVRs without having to reposition your hand. I would have bought either one but after figuring that out.. i went with the remote that would handle dvr a little easier on the hand. Not sure what else is different.
Im addicted to my harmony.. I think i like it better than my other much more expensive components... Cheers.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
