Got the boy a fantastic remote controlled helicopter for christmas. We both loved it and it was big fun. For one day. It's a great toy, but the next time I spend $60 bucks on a toy it will be on toys that can easily be played with in ways the designer never intended.

Gamestop 5:30am 7th in line waiting for a Wii. Everybody was really cool and a fun time was had. 7am Gamestop guy shows up (also cool), they had 6 Wiis and 2 PS3s. I bought a PS3 20GB. I'm selling it to get a Wii later. Did I blow it? Will I make enough off the 20GB PS3 to buy a Wii?

I still love it, but watermelon used to taste much better. Seedless watermelons are the flavorless spawn of the food devil. Laura's tips are right, but you can sometimes get pretty edible seeded watermelons earlier than August.

A-B was perfectly aware of what kind of publicity this would gain for them. Their superbowl ads are always created for maximum buzz and this ad was the same. If they really wanted to "thank the troops" they should have spent those millions to benefit the troops directly. Our troops have it pretty hard over there and this commercial doesn't do a damn thing for them and it does plenty for A-B.
