I call dibs on putting one of these in my Home Theater. Adam http://www.hdupdate.com
Let me know if you find out about this, if that's the case I'm definately interrested!
If I've said it once, I've said it 1000 times... Why would someone want this, rather than a PS3? Get the prices below $200 and the game slightly changes, until then I see no point. Adam http://www.hdupdate.com

Interresting concept, I would like to know what phone platforms they hope to get this working on, and honestly I am having a hard time seeing what the purpose of the phone is in the whole process at all, other than basically a key to tell the two networks to talk. Sounds similar to using a slingcatcher, just different required hardware. Adam http://www.hdupdate.com
It disappoints me to hear that there is yet another consideration that has to be made when comparing televisions. I wonder if this will even be something that you can read on a spec sheet, or if the manufacturers will hide it all together. Adam http://www.hdupdate.com
A Blu-Ray Xbox 360 add-on is all that is needed. I mean look at what the HD-DVD add-on did for the format... wait a second... oops, maybe that's not a good example.
Good point James, Media center needs to get in the game with the HD-DVR, it really is a nice piece of equipment. I personally like snapstream beyond tv better than media center. I admire your dedication to WMC, it has its strengths
Good point, I haven't noticed any real backlight problems on my sharp, but it's an older model before this quest for contrast became such a hotly contested topic. I respect the desire for deep blacks, however not at the cost of other, possibly more important aspects of what makes an image great to watch
Dear Mad Dick,
It has come to my attention that you have some serious issues to work out with your emotions. If your goal is to discourage me, you have a long road ahead. There is absolutely no inference to superiourity, however if you would have taken the time to continue reading the post, as well as other posts on the blog you would be aware of that. The fact is that I have experience in shooting, editing, and viewing HD video and I am choosing to share my experiences with those who are interrested. As it turns out a few thousand people are interrested, and I'll continue as long as they keep coming back. Thanks for the insight, however I will stick to what I'm doing and continue to get better as time goes.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
