Good topic!! Maybe not for a poll but for discussion here...I have tried out a couple of different methods to deal with background noise (we are working on a long-term solution, don't worry!) but yes, please, feel free to express your desire to leave hiss in the entire time or fade it out between speakings. Or any audio suggestions, really, you guys are our best directors. This information will help me serve you BETTER - either post here or email me directly, and thanks.
Style is important! I have owned a Blackberry 8130 for years, and have been looking for a similarly-sized (i.e. tiny) candybar phone since then. For those of us who must love the size and shape of a device we carry all the time - and for whom a cell phone will never be a full-fledged computer - this seems like the perfect marriage. Especially if we're already on Sprint.
It's coming today. There was a tweetster about it, but it's OK if you missed it. Sorry for the delay!
Everything should be running smoothly now....sorry for the glitches, and thanks for your patience.
Thanks everyone, we are aware of the glitch this week and are looking into it now.
Thanks, that should do it. If you had trouble hearing the podcast, try it again.
Thanks Mike! Always helps to have another audio perspective. We'll take your suggestions into consideration.
Hola Ricardo - estoy utilizando un Macbook con Pro Tools 7.4.2 con un Mbox viejo, 4 microfonos Shure SM58, y un mezclador pequeno de Behringer (802A). Tambien utilizo Garageband para generar el AAC con imagenes y "links."
Everything should be OK now.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
