Twilight Princess
I like the part when the persian gold falls out of that A-holes clothes in the senate, and everyone knows he's the traitor, then he gets what he so rightly deserved.
Im a current Best buy employee, and maybe Best Buy used to suck. But since I've worked there I've been inundated with nothing but costomer centricity this, costomer centricity that. We go to extremes to make our customers happy. And although we still try to sell them all of our services, we dont shove them down their throats.
I am a Geek Squad employee in Texas, and though I agree with you that some of our services are expensive, they are worth it to people who need the service. Most of the more common services are quite reasonable for the work that is involved. The prices listed above are all in home services gauranteed same day. We mostly sell the precinct (in store) services, and they have a turnaround of about 2 days. They are over a hundred dollars less expensive. Our store has some of the most knowledgeable employees anywhere, and have a customer satisfaction index of 86 percent. We are always friendly and kind, and try to keep our customers happy.
As for the incident that happened in california, no business is immune to incidents like that, because most people are perfectly normal on a daily basis until one day they show their character flaws. I dont think it has any direct reflection on the quality of Best Buy, although it does apall me that someone would tarnish the Best Buy brand like that. He should definitly be prosecuted, but because there is no way to screen for that kind of thing, Best Buy cannot be at fault for his actions.
I have vFiOs and I havnt seen them yet. Ill keep an eye out for them and tell you if I find them.
Thank the gods. I can not remember the last time there was something good on discovery, it might have been sometime in the 90s. I'm sorry I dont agree with you when you say that you like that lifestyle stuff, but I hate it. Thats all the channel has been for years. and TLC used to be good too. Its just as bad now. Crap. well Im just glad that at least discovery is goin back to its roots as you say.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
