dumb move on GMs part, if you have absolutely no incentive to sell the SS over the v6 model (no added margin) then to be simply honest, the ss doesn't have enough in it. should boost the price by 1500-2000. From a business standpoint, and considering the CAFE, it makes sense. If people are gonna get the SS at this price, which they probably paid well over sticker at first anyways, might as well boost the msrp up a bit to make some extra cash.
on a sidenote, i wonder how/if the 1 million or so banned consoles will effect the install base numbers that microsoft uses. Cause lets be realistic, a 360 w/out being able to access XBL is essentially a dvd player.
