Yeah, I agree with Bob. I was really happy with DirecTV's HD lineup a few months ago, but they are lagging behind now. Off the top of my head, I can think of several channels that are now available in HD that DirecTV doesn't carry and it's pretty disappointing--No E! in HD, no Travel Channel in HD, no Liftetime in HD, and no AMC in HD. And, no BBC American in HD now too? Freakin' A, DirecTV!
I'd just like to see JavaScript.
Poison Ivy 4! I didn't even know there WAS a Poison Ivy 4.
Yeah, there are many films that I probably won't upgrade from DVD to Blu-Ray (including many Disney animated films), but there are a few. I do, however, want anything new I buy to be on Blu-Ray no matter what it is. I guess I am too much of an HD snob.
My wife will really appreciate E!HD because of the aforementioned awards shows pre-shows stuff. And, I mean, I am an HD snob (like most everyone here), so the more channels in HD the better as I barely watch any SD anymore. And, if I am gonna have to watch those pre-shows anyway, they might as well be in HD.

And, I love The Soup too, so having it in HD is even better (well, is better when they get around to upgrading their cameras and don't stretch it, which will hopefully be by the time E!HD arrives or soon after).
Nevermind, I should have read the press release first...

"LIN TV and DIRECTV today announced they have entered into an agreement for the retransmission of LIN TV’s broadcast stations in both analog and high-definition. The deal covers television stations owned and/or operated by LIN TV in 15 markets.
Yeah, I live in the Indianapolis market and we don't get CBS (or CW for that matter) in HD. Sooo...does this agreement merely ensure that we will continue to get CBS SD or does it mean CBS in HD is coming? If there is still no HD agreement, then I say DAMMIT!
Mark Cuban doesn't hate the U.S. I think you're getting him confused with Michelle Obama.
I am replacing my DVD's and plan to continue to do so, but I am not replacing all of them. I am being much more selective about both what I replace and newer releases that buy...I don't plan on building a ridiculous collection of Blu-Ray's like I did with DVD (over 600 titles), especially at the current prices.

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
