no thanks, i'll stick with sony
exactly what I thought. I hate EU.
I normally download firefox the first thing after a clean windows install.
Unlike previous Windows, you can't use Windows explorer to browse the internet again (yes, Windows Explorer then switched to IE)
this is why I am anti-EU. I am rightists in my political view. the conservatives in UK wants a referendum on lisbon treaty, while UKIP is anti-european. I am glad both parties is #1 and 2 in European election. Will they just shut up? it shows on windows sales that N version did very badly. I will not get Windows 7 from Europe. I will buy it when I go to Singapore. What is wrong with the inclusion? Users can choose to install the other browser for themselves. Like me, I am Firefox user, but I use IE as alternative.
i can see the reason of downgrading from vista to XP. I am one of those who can't live without XP, but opting to use both, but mainly vista. Vista, IMO, is unstable, unfinished product.

However, I can not see the reason of downgrading from 7 to both vista and XP. After 7 go RTM, I plan to give up both vista and XP. 7 is definitely most stable, and a "finished product" even in its Release Candidate stage
too bad... I've ordered G15 for £79. (I think G19 was available in UK when I ordered G15, but I ruled it out because it's way too expensive)
this laptop looks better than previous qosmio I saw. finally they learnt that they should use full sized keyboards for big sized laptops (sony too, they've learnt and included full keyboards). what they haven't is the exclusion of blu-ray. sony is also known to be overpriced, but I'd rather pick sony over toshiba because of the inclusion of BD drive. upscaling processor? not for me.
ATI???? a big no no. I would not buy any more laptops with ATI anymore. I experimented once, and decided to stick with nVIDIA next time.
I am a fan of HP (the last purchase was HDX 20.i inch with ATI - which I regret - because I'd rather wait a few more months and get nVIDIA option), but in the case of that there is no nVIDIA option, I am willing to switch to Sony AW series (though it is expensive)
fifth that
this is nonsense. as much as I don't like vista (hate is too strong, because I can't say I hate vista - and please don't flame me for voicing my opinion), and as much as I love XP, this option will keep xp alive for a while. Even I sacrificed my love for XP by making Vista my main OS despite its problem. Vista is definitely getting better after SP1. I hope windows 7 will solve the schism between XP lover and vista.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
