This site has always and continues to have hard on for Sony and bias towards Toshiba. Nothing new Engadget, keep ‘em coming.
The only way this will get viewed with blu-ray’s current fan base will be to bundle them with GTA IV or another hot PS3 game. Then you will be able to find copies at every GameStop, EB Games, and used movie trading store for about $5.00.
If you look at the movies that actually sell on blu these would not make the top 50. This is Stupid because the MAJORITY does not care about these titles. They could be $9.99 and they still would not appeal to blu-ray’s market. The BDA or whomever needs to lower prices across the board and CE manufactures need to create a stand alone player that everyone can enjoy, for now and 30 days from now.
Too bad my 360 doesn't have HDMI.
Not possible on clearing out the HD DVD stock. This is VERY limited on the titles and Best Buy has has promos in the past on HD titles. It is just a sale, and a bad one at that.
Wow. Four days late on the news.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
