You clearly failed English class in school. Both references to TV shows contain *spoof* corrections that relate their settings to gadgets, as opposed to their real situation. Do you REALLY think someone on True Blood makes predictions about Nokia phones? Having never seen that show I can tell you, the point of the article is obvious. =EPIC FAIL
It was Andy's phone, not Nancy's. Andy doesn't deal weed. =EPIC FAIL
I think this should put to rest all the annoying speculation posts on Engadget about potential Android ports to netbooks.
A trackball would actually be nice...and I don't think it would take away from the multi-touch. The G1's trackball comes in handy for one reason, and one reason only: when you are editing a mistake in something you have typed, you clikc roughly where you want to fix a typo or something, and then use the trackball to move over one or two characters, because your finger never gets close enough to the letter you want to change. It would be a good fine tuning precision addition that I think would be useful.
agree. i think one of the best things about the g1 now is the gmail experience, not the marketplace.nothing can touch the integrated gmail app on the g1 for a hardcore gmail user.
This looks more like the BB 8900 than the BB Bold if you ask me. I think a batter comparison would be to say its a CDMA variant of the 8900. I think everyone is comparing it to the Bold just because of the 3G. But every other spec matches the 8900 for the most part...and it's looks are dead on with the 8900.
Dish has had most of the Sirius stations on its lineup for years already...I'm not really sure why this would be one-upping DirecTV...
May be a clever photoshop, but maybe the lack of standard fonts is a new feature in WM 6.5. Maybe they let you customize your home screen with whatever font you see fit. Its a simple thing that you could do that would greatly enhance the end user experience.
I am dual booting 7 on my main computer with vista and i like it.

I think it's funny that Engadget has a screenshot using Google Chrome instead of IE. That is probably because the beta of IE8 crashes every 5 minutes, and when it's not crashing, it is screwing up.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
