Well, BHN forgot to mention or even advise customers using cablecards, the new HD line-up would not be made available and BHN would be removing all the earlier HD channels which were added late 2007 as well. As of today, 2/4 TBS HD and channels 146 (History) & 147 (BIO) have been removed. I did find this article - http://newteevee.com/author/bungad/page/2/
