The Primera División Apertura is the equivalent of the MLS for Mexico. The league year is broken into two parts Apetura and Clausura (Opening and Closing). Each half has it's own champions. Closest thing to a Mexican Super Bowl.
I'll take you that and raise you one more. HGTV. I have a wife, so I get to watch this abomination on a regular basis. Depending on the production company, we get great HD, stretch-o-vision, the non-linear stretch-o-vision (good middle, stretched edges), and one show (My Parent's House) that has gone from regular, to non-linear, to INVERSE non-linear stretch-o-vision! The middle 1/3 of the screen is PINCHED and the edges are approximately OAR (kinda). It's like watching families of pinheads all the time. When they pan over flooring or tile, it's like you're watching on drugs or something.
Just as a note to the purists, the "1080p" is actually 1440x1080 rectangular pixels that display at 1920x1080 on your computer and TV. Then again, you have to go 7-8x as expensive to get "true" 1080.
My wife just got back from China where she used a DXG-581V ($140ish) to take over 500 hundred stills and over 100 short movie clips in 720p and 1080p. That filled up about half of the 8GB SDHC card. Peter Jackson wouldn't be impressed with the quality, but then again, my wife isn't a cinematographer or film director either! The photos were actually better then I thought (8MP) and the video looked pretty decent on our 50" plasma. As far as audio - well, it will pick up the camera guys voice very well, but not much else unless it's louder than a speaking voice.
Just remember, even with an "HD Only" package a large chunk of programming ON the channels is still SD and very little of that in the OAR.
A motorized mount would make my wife and unborn son very happy!
If you took a look at more than just the little snippet above, you would see several reviews noted that you can play both of those.
Is it my imagination, or were they showing stretch-o-vision on their new bijilion-dollar screen!?!?
Sorry Ben, but at least MOV does both. I would disagree with the article author's assertion that MKV is the "most popular file format online today". Unless you equate "online" with "torrents" that is.

Except you should really read the fine print on these things. The Senate $15K rebate was NON-refundable. Meaning you would have to have owed $15K in taxes, or if you did it over two years $7.5k in taxes each year to get the full amount. For instance this year, even with a massive 1099, I only owed $6k in taxes. That's ALL I would have been able to get back. The $8K that passed IS refundable. I will get all $8k. (I'm under the $75K income limit and the house is over $80K.)

The current bill has a lower amount, but for those of us who are not loaded, the current compromise is actually better.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
