lol, you fail.. Keep telling yourself that.. hey, question for you: which company put $1,150,000,000.00 into a warranty fund to cover RRoD issues?
Hmmm... how many 720p episodes can they fit on that 256mg flash card they provide with the Arcade version? I guess mom will have to pony up an extra $100 for the 20gb HDD... or they can just tune into the cable/satellite they are already paying for. If they have a ota tuner, they do that for free.
The problem with buying exclusives is that you eventually have to make that money back through console sales.

So a $50 million check for GTA4 episodic has to return the equivalent of 1 million consoles sold (if they make $50 per console)... not really a big deal, except the huge attach rate and sluggish sales (outside of Halo Month) means that new people arent buying 360s consoles. Its the existing install base that are. This also means that those exclusives they bought for Japan are worthless.
Meh, despite all hope, you can tell this is gonna be a failure.. dreads and a cartoon robo-arm that probably weighs as much as him? And his aiming would be much better if he could use both his arms like the original.

Come one.. all we needed was a 1080p, 60fps, 2.5d re-imagining of the original ala New SMB. Much like Sonic and Castlevania, this is one series that should stay in 2d.
^^ i would settle for an HDD media player that does optical out.. the last one to do that was an iRiver model i think. Gimme, gimme optical out.
This is new.. usually the ports go from PSP to Wii.
Japanese retailers are probably still selling through their launch inventory.
I suspect it will be outsold by WiiPlay 75 to 1.. just watch. Maybe it would have mad a chance if they named it Super Mario, Zak and Wiki do Puzzle Games.
Without a viable Fit/Yaris class car in the USA, Ford has to keep this cheap so they can compete in the bargain basement crowd... meanwhile, Honda and Toyota keep moving the Civic and Corolla upmarket.
Not including online play is a mistake; that will be a huge selling point for the final version.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I have a MacBook Pro and an Xbox 360 and I would like to get a 20- to 24-inch display that will support both devices. The speakers should be inbuilt, or there should be an aux out on the display to hook up external speakers. Help! Please!"
