Just got done watching the conclusion of All Good Things on MeTV I suppose huh?
@ZeroCorpse aka Roku salesman

If you buy me a Roku box then I'll use it. Maybe I should have said this is my only netflix streaming option for my TV without having to spend any more money. I already have a Logitech PS3 adapter, so I don't have to use any special remote for the PS3. I can't argue with the energy consumption part, but I also don't leave my PS3 on when I am not using it. I live alone, so I would have to be really skilled to be watching the roku box at the same time I am playing a game on the PS3 in another room.
I got my PS3 netflix disc yesterday and I gotta say, I like it a lot. This is my only option to stream netflix to my TV right now since my computer is too crappy and old to run a PlayOn server. I watched a couple episods of Lost last night and though the stream is definitly not 1080p or anything, it looks pretty good. I had no problems with buffering or any screen defects at all. It took maybe 10 seconds for the video to start after I pressed play. I do have my PS3 hooked up with a network cable, so I can't vouch for how it does over WiFi. My only slight disappointment is that you can't browse netflix for things to stream, you only have access to the streaming stuff you have placed in your queue.

As far as activating the disc on multiple PS3s, I would think that maybe you can only have it activated for one machine at a time. It appears that the disc is associated with the PS3's serial number. If you deactivated one PS3, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work on another. Of course, you probably could just order another disc if you have multiple PS3s. I would test it out, but I only have access to one PS3 so I won't be doing that.
Yeah, except that you actually have to REQUEST that they send out the disc for your PS3. How many people ever actually asked for an AOL CD.
This is a great idea and I am happy that it is going to be a relatively cheap device, but why can this thing only remember 16 characters? Maybe this is a mechanical device because I would think they could slap a little extra flash memory in there if it was a computer type device for not much more $$. I don't claim to know anything about adaptive products or anything though so sorry if I am completely off base.
I was in Best Buy on the evening of release day and the had 10 in the case at the time so I figured it wasn't selling too well. I don't know what sizes they were though. I wonder if they still have any at all. My local Best Buy did have a working display of the Zune HD that I fiddled with. It is nice, but I expected it to have a bigger screen size. The strange thing about that night, is I wasn't being hounded buy employees trying to sell me stuff like usual. I actually had trouble finding some to ask a question of.
I love playing the lotto, and this has about as good of chances of winning!
@Crazy J With XP you have to do a clean install, you can't do an inplace upgrade to WIndows 7 from XP

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
