Yes, it's beyond me as well. I'm sure there's going to be legal issues around this. I'm sure the money greedy studios that have choosen to release their films on this communist supported format do so for China only. So the films that come to Europe will be illegally imported.
Toshiba still have the "sour grapes syndrome". They will accept reality soon enough.
@David B. Monier-Williams

The German word "Schmuck" means "Decoration". The German word for "Jewel" is "Juwel".

The reference to certain male anatomical parts comes from it's use in Yiddish where it is a common insult.

In American English schmuck simply means a stupid or foolish person.

Get your facts right if you are going to throw your "schmuck" around !
He he, you guys are complaining.

Think about our poor sods in Europe then. The IEC standard only demands that one channel needs to be driven into a 6 Ohm load!

In Europe this amplifier is sold as a 180W amplifier!
@MFM,

HD-DVD the better format? Well you know, there is obviously a few people around here that wouldn't agree with you there.

HDi or BD Live or whatever. I couldn't care less. I only care about the film itself and all this extra garbage is just uneccessary for me. BD won and I'm happy that there is now a single format. If HD-DVD had I would have bought that format. Just get over the fact that "your" format didn't win and enjoy the films in HD splendor.
Wow, CBHD being a "huge" success. A government sponsored format in a communist dictatorship.

The old HD-DVD fans are relly grasping for straws now. How pathetic!
A government sponsored format in a communist dictatorship. Pathetic!
Sigh, are you some former To$shiba employee that got laid off after you LOST the format war or what???
No benefit?

We'll so much for your credibility. Obviously you have a gripe with BD and you spare no effort badmouthing it at every opportunity.

Get a life kid !!!
As usual when any (good, as they usually are) news about BD comes out this turns into a post frenzy from MFM and Bozster to tell the rest of the world that they are wrong.

How one can have so much hatred that they feal compelled to counteract every single shread of positive news for a digital format is beyond me.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
