"Just days after VIZIO filed an antitrust lawsuit against Funai, the former company has now taken..."

Last I checked, Vizio was still in business.

A good journalist/blogger would/should rewrite it thus:

"After filing an antitrust lawsuit against Funai, consumer electronics manufacturer VIZIO has asked requested that the FCC require Funai to "comply with patent licensing conditions imposed by the FCC to when it adopted the digital television standards for the United States."

Oddly enough, this never happened when things were fixed in-store...

The move to the Kentucky Service Center is inane and you'll struggle to find a line-level Best Buy employee who supports it.

At least it's not my district, which means I'll still get our Net-Operating cost bonus...
