On paper DTV looks like a wise choice but in reality it is the worse move someone can ever make.

I'm amazed that Halstead Communications is not only still in business but still paid by DTV to screw people over left and right. And DTV and the words customer service should never be used in the same breath.

Save yourself from the calls and games needed to get service from these clowns, pick another option!
I'm getting tired of DTV crap.

Fios is only in part of my town and I HATE Cablevision so what's DISH like?
I need this, I hit 9 stores this week in search of one for my awesome gf. It would be the perfect post-renovation gift to her.

Will I get any of these on my less than a year old Tivo box that CS sold me when I joined on or am I still dropping these clowns the week after my NFL package ends?

This entire format 1 versus format 2 pissing match is childish and a turnoff to many consumers like myself.

Yep, they rip you off any way they can. I already pay $9.99 a month for HD content and then they want an extra $99 for the NFL in HD and another $99 for MLB in HD.

As soon as my contract is up I'm out.

Then stop visiting till next week or subscribe to the non-iPhone RSS.

I have no need to hear you whine like a baby, wha! wha!
Yay, more for them to nickle and dime me for.

Pay $9.99 a month for HD service, pay $200 for baseball plus more to see them in HD, pay $175 for football package plus another $40 to get that in HD.

Pay for a tivo unit that isn't nearly as functional as my old Series 2 unit.

For Dec 06 comScore has the site at 1.3 million unique users with 3 million page views.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
