i bet we'll see it soon. probably 2019 at the very latest. i wouldn't be surprised to see it by 2018. that would be really sweet.
has HD streaming for the PS3 been confirmed? I read the press release and didn't see it. Anyone?
sorry, i switched the cities around.
how are Salt Lake and Denver two bigger markets than Portland and Denver? and Portland isn't that much bigger than SLC anyway.
seriously don't care without HD support.
i don't know why "no internal storage" is always listed as a negative for the kodaks. to me, it's a plus. i'm not limited to what turns out to be 1 hour of hd recording usually, i can have extra storage with me at all times if i don't have a computer to upload nearby, and there's always great deals on sd cards so it's not that much more money.
1. Who's the wise guy that chose $30/copy?
2. Isn't AnyDVD-HD already or going to a subscription based service?
interesting. i would love to see an up to date comparison of the options we have for pocket hd cameras. i'm on a budget and looking to get one (again after my kodak zi6 got stolen) but i also would be willing to pay extra to a certain point on a non-pocket camera if the quality is that much better. anyone have any suggestions?
ummm...no tru2way/on demand support is probably the biggest problem.
i don't know, my 2 year old sits still for 90 minute blu-rays, but won't for the entirety of an sd dvd. she seems to be mesmerized by some of the blu-ray movies, especially pixars.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
