Winmo already has a bad rep (most of it is deserved). They are shooting themselves in the foot. I don't like iphones but their PR machine has already set the standard. Good luck but it sounds like they are going to steer potential clients to Apple and their .99 store (crap or not).

I can respect them telling their devs that they're worth more but the 2.99 strategy is a terrible one that will not prosper. They are trying to reinvent a flat tire.

I just don't update my itunes. I'm still on 8.1.x.

Songbird doesn't sync videos which is a drawback for me. Also, songbird is started to get bloated itself. Especially if you add an extension or two (cover flow, etc).

Simplest solution for me was to not upgrade. If you've upgraded, downgrade back to a previous version of itunes (8.1.x or prior).

These things rock! I've had an 8GB pico C and it's been running like a champ for a long time. I've got no problems at all with mine and some of the guys from the office also got them after they saw mine. I'm ready to get the 32GB. GIMMMMEE!!!!!!!!
