Such a horrible horrible movie.
As an owner of XBOX360 and a PC running MediaCentral I can say that the Apple TV would be an ideal solution if they can find an easier way to add support for all of the different codecs out there. The XBOX360 even when not spinning a DVD is obnoxiously loud, and although MediaCentral is nice on my PC, the interface leaves something to be desired. Also even though it plays all of my videos, its iTunes support is not the greatest. Here's hoping that rev2 of the apple tv adds more codecs and also some sort of HD-DVD or BluRay support.
I tend to give myself shots underneath the table with a humalog pen. If I am going to do it plain view I will give myself the shot in my forearm so that I don't have to lift my shirt to shoot myself in the stomach or pull down my pants to shoot myself in the butt.
Well one reason for having a smaller 1080p set is that you may want to use it as a computer monitor. Having a 32" 1080p might be feasible for computer use if you work out the correct distance to sit.
Some more great articles by Matt Vogel over at http://insulinfactor.com/ describe his new Dexcom continuous glucose monitor. Make sure to click on the very small archives link under neath the main title "My New Friend Dexcom" to see things from day one.
I wonder how this compares to Lantus which is also a 24 hour insulin? The claims of reduced weight gain are intriguing.
I think the greatest low carb alternative is Dreamfields Pasta. I hate most low carb foods but this one taste almost identical to regular pasta, the soy flour aftertaste just gross. Dreamfields is about 5 grams of carbs per serving and you can find it at most large supermarkets. If you are in San Francisco the Safeway on Market carries it, while the Albertsons on Fulton does not. http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com/
Too bad since I actually thought Cindy was actually posting more news on a regular basis here than the blog has seen in some time. I know it can be tough having a blog where you might be inclined to think that a lack of comments means that no one is reading but that isn't always true. I bet more people are subscribed to the news feed on this site than you think.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
