Will "Thumb War" be the first game available?
@froggy The are literally MILLIONS of phone users who couldn't care less about apps. While they are obviously useful and a good selling point, they are not the be all and end all.
Huge potential and a genuinely innovative user interface. I've seen various browser plug-ins and web effects that make use of fan-like interfaces, but this seems slick and well-developed from the available video material. I'd be nervous about taking the plunge, because it represents a significant shift in the way things are done, but I can certainly see a future for it.
You can't outrun them. You can't destroy them. If you damage them, the essence of what they are remains – they regenerate and keep coming... eventually you will weaken – your reserves will be gone... they are relentless.

Try not to use "gay" as a pejorative - even in jest.
I'm not sure what is worse. That Engadget posted about them, or that someone can actually make money out of selling this crap.
Is there an app that tracks how many pointless posts for apps there are on Engadget? We get that you love Apple, but is this obsequiousness to all things Apple really necessary?
Even the most hardened iPhone fanboi must admit that these ads are pretty funny. AT&T is just having a sense of humor failure.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
