It's not a rip off.

Their main focus wasn't on standard HDMI cables. They make HDMI heads, which are sent powered over fiber optics so you don't have lag if you're using a projector far away from the audio source and amplification.

Their cables worked very well, they just cost too much money for general usage.
I just updated my player, it took about 10 minutes total (download and firmware update).

As for the above questions:
The 350 is easily twice as fast as the 300.
It loads discs much more quickly, the only downside is that it doesn't have analogue 5.1 output.
360 - I usedt the money to buy my first home.

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
