"Asking whether Tony Kanaan in a Honda could outrun police in Ford Crown Vics is like asking a Superfan if Mike Ditka could win the Indy 500 in da Bears team bus. Follow the links, watch the vids, and as John Facenda used to say in NFL films: you make the call."

You are a terrible writer.

That is all.
it's JUST A SEDAN.

please stop perpetuating the moronic naming games.

the CLS is a gorgeous, gorgeous car, but it's a sedan, period.
Why do we get so many reports about winding road?

Those guys are morons. All they do is splat made-up concepts and ideas out onto the internet and claim to be a reputable source. They'll be washed out in a year or two when it becomes obvious that they've been making crap up all along.
"My guess is that the GT wasn't even at 70% of its capacity."

70%?

More like 40%. That's a serious car.
"it will still outhandle and outgun most 99% of cars out there.

only the likes of the 911, F430, etc will outgun this new M3."

You're joking, right?

Ever heard of a Z06 (maybe 7 by then)? How about Lotus?

While fast and nice, the M3 has never been a monster performer, especially not for the money.
Blech.

The 3-series sedan has always been a little lame - go 5-series if you want the extra doors, IMO.

I realize this doesn't play well with the typical BMW stretch-your-cash-to-show-off-and-keep-appearances entry-level-job-but-want-to-look-rich crowd who can only afford a 3 but need the doors, but looking at the cars alone it has always been that the 3-coupe and 5-sedan are both nicer than 3-sedan.

"Beautify our roads.

END THE AMERICAN CAR TREND."

1. There isn't an american car trend.
2. You're assuming I like american cars. I prefer Japanese cars, and STILL hate that hideous abortion of a spaceship.
3. You're claiming the prius is better looking than an american car (any), which it isn't.

Nice try though.
Beautify our roads.

END THE PRIUS TREND.
#41, NONE of those parts are from Nissan.

Not that it really matters, but just to be technically correct and clear - those are all aftermarket items.
Four star front ratings are NOT to be bragged about. Any car can get four, and most can get five, in the front.

Four on the side is real good though.

VW does the same crap, brag about what's par for the course.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
