He's offering the perfect opportunity for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo fans to agree on something for once.

What? That he's an idiot as are his ambulance chasing lawyers?
While I'd love to have one of these my comment goes on a different direction:

Anybody else feel like Ben Drawbaugh is really the voice of Decker in the Halo spoof, Deserted? I think he's using a pseudonym in the credits. I keep forgetting to ask about this for the podcast.
Rolling out from the Irvine, CA facility, we in the San Fernando Valley got our first round of Total Home DVR updates last night (9/19). One of the upstairs TV's can now work with the DVR but the other hasn't updated yet. I've tried power recycle several times with no success. I'm hoping it's just a traffic issue. Pretty darn cool though, we can start a show downstairs and finish it upstairs or just watch upstairs in bed; I'm sure this will be VERY helpful when it turns cooler.
I agree with all three of these commenters. Also, being originally from Iowa let me add what should be a fairly obvious thought. If the coupons are destroyed I'd have to think that the TV's are in no condition to be watched. Get your soggy butt's to the nearest open store and buy an HDTV with the insurance money! No coupon needed.
Shocking! Was this study paid for by a government grant?
Those voters must not have been former TWC customers! My move to U-verse was soooo sweet with a much better picture (and audio). And actual HD channels to watch! I'm in heaven. I do miss HDTheater, though. at&t got the Car-HDTheater instead of the Nature-HDTheater. Not so compelling. Cars that were considered weenie when I was a kid selling for $60,000 is more than I can take. I'll have to check out this so-called poll to see what's what.
Too little, too late, Time Warner. U-verse came to West Hills and I've been with them since April so now I don't have to wait for September for your HD rollout (just in time to miss the Olympics!). They'll have to kiss my butt on Topanga Canyon Blvd, where the area TWC office is located, to get me back.

While we're at it, the U-verse interface is absolutely gorgeous compared to the crayon scrawl that is the SA8300 menu system. I guess I should thank TWC for forcing me to at&t so I could get some HD content and a better experience.
August? Which year?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
