No he means Walmart saying "There is no basis for the rumors."

rpgSE.com: By that logic, why do XBOX 360 games cost $10 more?
Re #21 Scott Krueger

Yah, I agree the Sony way is much better.

Re #23 White Rose Duelist

I don't have any Gamecube memory cards. Why is Nintendo making people pay for a feature they will never use? That sounds almost like Sony...except I have yet to hear anyone complain about it. Double standards are great.
Wait. I looked over your 360 annoyance list, and didn't see anything relating to the complete inability to transfer original xbox saves (even though it would be trivial to just hook them together with a crossover cable). And yet, you are basically complaining that even though Sony offers the service to gamers who want it, it just isn't good enough? Not to mention that they didn't include it in the console itself, so people who don't want it don't have to pay for it.

Joystiq, after that garbage R:FOM padding story, I'm really beginning to wonder about you guys.
Looks like Sony put HDMI into the lowest PS3 now. Don't worry guys, you'll get your full 1080p!
As a California resident I have greatly enjoyed the complete lack of smoking within eating establishments, and this just takes it one step further. If people want to smoke on their own that is fine, but harming your child is something you should avoid instinctively. If your disgusting habit is such that you must do it without regard for consequence, then the state must step in. Inside your own home by yourself you can smoke all you want, just like I will huff all the duct sealant I want - thank you very much. You wouldn't approve if I huffed spray paint from a sock inside a small confined area like a car with a baby would you? Also, before someone mentions it, holding it out the window does nothing.

The energy bill situation is a disappointment though.
Cage: I want to play this game and I never owned an original XBOX. The XBOX is dead with few new games coming out; I am not going to spend money on one + peripherals. Peter Moore said that the goal was to have all XBOX games eventually emulated, so I bought a 360 early just like I did a PS2. My PS2 has played every PS1 game I threw at it. I can't say the same for the 360.

Obviously the software emulation is much harder than the way Sony did it on PS2, but MS claimed something would happen and yes there are people out there who care.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
